Provide leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions. Lead the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity. Work with cross-functional resources to develop and gain approval for high-level delivery plans of various-sized software development projects based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery, technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other costs, and ongoing operational plans and costs). Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded. Assist in establishing, enabling, and improving project management and software development methodologies, procedures, and policies. Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes for scale that help the project delivery teams meet their goals more efficiently and effectively. Establish a best practice system for agile software development. Implement and track productivity metrics to ensure teams are on track to meet goals, or reprioritize accordingly when necessary. Manage key meetings, including planning and Monthly Reviews (curating high-quality agendas, distilling content, facilitating the meeting, and making continuous improvements to achieve the best outcomes). Proactively communicate project status to management and stakeholders, identifying at-risk goals and potential solutions. Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule. Curate an international team of technical professionals, including responsibility for hiring/termination and other similar matters. Apply knowledge of the following: AWS, Azure, Unity, Oculus SDK, C#, SQL Server.
